Peneliti adalah dosen Jurusan Teknik Elektronika UNP dengan latar belakang pendidikan: menamatkan S1 bidang Sistem Komputer pada tahun 2007 di UPI “YPTK” Padang, S2 bidang Teknologi Informasi pada tahun 2009 di UPI “YPTK” Padang dan S3 bidang Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan pada tahun 2016 di Universitas Negeri Padang.
